Sean is a founder and co-owner of Elian Web Services and has been involved with the internet and web page design since 1993 as a graduate student at UCSB. His design experience began with creating web pages for classes in the Chemical Engineering Department. At that time, all web pages were created with text editors. He progressed to creating pages with Microsoft Front Page and Macromedia Dreamweaver as a hobby and that flourished when his wife, Elissa, began the Webmaster Certification Program through U.C. Extension.

Probably because of his engineering background, Sean has grown fond of javascript and perl programing. Sean, however, is no typical engineer and has expanded his horizons by completing courses in digital illustration through U.C. Extension and with Lynda Weinman at the Ojai Digital Arts Center.
