Philip is a Group Director with global responsibility for Elian Private Wealth.
Philip was a Barrister at St. Philip's Chambers from 1992 before joining the firm in 2000. He qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2002..
After advising on the legal aspects of trust structures for 9 years he moved into the fiduciary services business in 2009 to lead the Private Wealth business and take responsibility for the provision of administration services to private client structures across all of the firms offices.
As well as having responsibility for the service line, Philip acts on a number of client structures for UHNW individuals.
Philip is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Jersey Law Society and the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple of England.
In 2014 Philip was recognised as Trustee of the Year by Citywealth and was included in Private Client Practitioner's 50 Most Influential list for the fourth year.
