Elian was founded in 1999, originally as Ogier Fiduciary Services Limited, part of the Ogier Group.

In that time we have grown rapidly to become one of the world’s leading independent administration services providers specialising in company, fund and trust administration. Today we operate in 16 jurisdictions across the world, and employ over 640 people. Key milestones in our growth story include:
